Is Prop Rock LLC a full service rental company based in Houston, Texas?

Yes. Prop Rock, LLC works with clients in all phases of a special event lounge furniture planning including strategy meetings with clients to develop a customized layout plan, product delivery, product setup, product strike and any other coordination details as directed by the client. We welcome wedding coordinators, event planner, hotels, conventions, trade shows, catering companies and corporate planners. If you need furniture, we are your provider. What areas do you deliver to?

Prop Rock services & delivers throughout the Southwest Region (All Major cites/ counties in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma) We deliver in other states, but minimum orders will apply

Do event planners receive an industry discount off of the price list?

Yes. Event planners receive an industry discount off the product rental prices. Please contact Prop Rock, LLC. for details. The industry discount does not apply to delivery/labor/sales tax charges.

 

Does Prop Rock, LLC handle rush orders?

Absolutely. We understand that event requirements/budget fluctuations occur all the time and we pride ourselves on being able to react quickly to your needs. We do require a 50% deposit on the cost of your order and a 30% RUSH service fee. Some items may take 2-4 weeks.

 

My event requires specific colors and/or fabric for an event and I don't see it on your website. What should I do?

Please contact us so we determine a solution to your specific situation. Generally we're able to accommodate all customized requests. We have many fabric colors to fit almost any match to your decor. We are happy to meet with you for a showing of fabric swatches.  Remember custom order at rental prices. Ask about our retail line coming soon! 

 

Do you manufacture custom pieces for clients?

Yes. Please contact us to discuss what you need manufactured and we will do everything that we can to accommodate your request.
